Refund Policy

We want you to love your ClickClean Hairbrush. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The ClickClean Hairbrush must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase or order number is required

To begin a return, please contact our support team so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your ClickClean Hairbrush arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Hygiene Notice

Because the ClickClean Hairbrush is a personal hair care product, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or contain hair after delivery, unless the product is defective.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
